5.10.2013 :: May is National Hepatitis Awareness Month

EXCELth would like you to know that Hepatitis is a serious disease that can affect your liver. You could have Hepatitis and not even know it. That’s why EXCELth is hosting Hepatitis Testing Days and offering free Hepatitis C and HIV tests at its health centers during May.

Who should get screened?  

Persons born between 1945 and 1965 are more likely to have Hepatitis C, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Other groups are also at risk so speak with your health care provider.
