Renovations on the new facility were completed in August 2013 and the health center re-opened on September 16, 2013. The re-opening of this health center is important because it means that EXCELth is keeping its commitment to return to eastern New Orleans and continue to provide the quality affordable health care the community had come to expect”, said Michael Andry, EXCELth CEO.
EXCELth also operates family health centers in the Algiers and Gentilly communities, a family dental center in Algiers and a behavioral health program in Baton Rouge.
